In this process medicated hot oil is held on the affected part (Spine/Knee/Neck) for a particular time with the help of a special apparatus sealed by dough, followed by a gentle oil massage and ayurvedic hot fomentation. This immediately reduces the vitiated vata from affected joint region. It also hydrates and provides nutrition to the degenerated disc. It relaxes the muscles and reduces stiffness significantly increasing the flexibility. Different types of oils are used according to the demand of the case.
